ASICS Women's Gel-Kayano 30 Running Shoes

I have been wearing these sneakers for years and years> I have extremely flat feet and overpronation. I also have had plantar fasciitis and other foot issues so I can never walk barefoot. Most shoes do not work for me and I end up in pain. I am always so excited when I find a shoe that I can wear as I am also a avid walker. I highly suggest these sneakers if you have similar issues. One complaint is that over they years the quality has diminished and they get holes, worn out faster. But the stability and support has not changed so I still use them. This makes it so they are not the best value for the money, so if you don't need all the support, there maybe a better option for you.

Quality shoe. I'm on my feet from 6am to 7pm and originally purchased these to relieve plantar faciitis. Solved the problem and I've only bought these shoes ever since. They hold up through the entire school year so I just need a new pair every fall. I like that the fabric at the toes is breathable. A little chilly in the winter wind, but keeps my feet from getting hot all day while I'm at work.

My family suffers from plantar fasciitis, so when I felt a small tension at the bottom of my foot, I decided to get ahead of the problem and buy the best workout shoe to prevent it. This shoe is affordable and very comfortable. The tension immediately went away with the added benefit that my feet do not get tired from standing. The quality is great, typical Asic product that is sturdy and looks new for a long time. The sole doesn't bend, you can feel the support around the arch, while also being comfortable and cushioned all around. I highly recommend this product.

So comfortable. Great support. Was able to wear these for 10+ hours with no break in problems at all. I have a lot of body pain and was happy to find that these ASICS provided relief from so much pressure on my feet and joints. Quality is good. Generally wear an 8 in athletic shoes and bought an 8 and the fit is great.

The ASICS Gel-Kayano 30 sneakers are perfect for long walks—very comfortable and supportive. I walk 3 to 4 miles, four times a week, and these shoes make a big difference. I got the white style, and they look really cute with my black leggings. I’ve been reaching for them almost every day!

Very comfortable! Just broke them in on a 10 mile run. I told my husband that they are just too pretty to wear outside but I finally gave in and wore them! 😆

This is my second pair. So comfortable BUT both pairs only lasted 5 months (got these in Oct) because BOTH developed holes where the pinky toe is. I thought 1st pair was too tight, so I went with wide on this pair. Same thing. Almost bought a 3rd, but saw reviews from another with the same issue... I thought it was just me. I love them, but I don't want to keep replacing every 5 months.
