This has really helped my 4 year old with learning to hold a pen properly and slowly gain more confidence in writing. The ink really does disappear after a while! I was wiping them off with a slightly damp cloth at first because I wasn’t confident the ink would disappear when used outside of the grooves but I finally left it alone the other day after a practice lesson and it all disappeared, even the marks outside the lines.My only complaint is that I wish the Alphabet sheets had slightly deeper indentations for tracing to help kids brand new to writing. My 4 year old does much better with the numbers & shapes and I think it’s because the indents are deeper so his pen stays in place better to trace the shape. They are easy to use and the size of the numbers and letters seems reasonable for small hands and new learners.

Teaching my three year-old are ABCs in 123 and how to be able to write them. This is a great functional way to teach children that doesn’t create a bunch of waste and also gives your child a way to feel what it feels like to write and with the grooves it directs them how to write it correctly! I love that! Plus the little box it comes in creates a spot to keep everything in! My little one is gonna start kindergarten in a few years and be ready for first grade already!

Good book for kids to keep writing practice

Bought these to help my 4 year old with handwriting and they work! She's learned to write her first name within 2 weeks using these workbooks. The grooved design really helps her practice letter tracing. We are also using the addition/subtraction book and she's already learned 1+1=2 and 1+2=3 so far! The disappearing ink really does disappear and the set comes with plenty of replacement ink. Overall, I think the quality of this set is great. The workbook pages are thick and the pen grips do help my daughter hold the pen properly. 100% recommend, it's so worth it!
