Teva Men's Hurricane 4 Sandals

I live in Puerto Rico so there's a lot of hikes and walks by the beach, sand, lakes, etc. These are the perfect combination of hike sandals and comfort for every terrain or easy to take off and get on the water!

I've been using Teva sport sandals since 1997. I remember seeing them on someone on a long walk, and immediately realized I would like those too and put to frequent use. This is still the case. Each pair lasts about five years I would say.The previous pair, the only one to do this, had both soles come off after 1.5 - 2 years (I saw this reported by many in reviews on Teva sandals when I was shopping around for the replacement recently. The pairs before that never had this problem, as many also report. So it seems Teva changed their glue?). I glued the soles back on using two-component glue and they then held for another three years making it to age five as well. Perhaps that will happen with these as it seems to be an issue reported with many Teva models.With all Teva sandals, I had to break them in. Typically, the side pads cause some friction on the sides of my feet. Not with this pair! These were immediately comfortable. In fact, rather than breaking them in inside the house, I immediately went for a 20-minute walk without any discomfort. It has been like that since.Typically, my size is 10.5, sometimes 11, but with Teva, I always get size 10. Perhaps it's the lack of socks.So, so far I'm really satisfied. I always update my reviews when my opinion changes or I need to add something.

Love them. Very comfortable in all situations

These are my husbands favorite sandals. Regular shoes hurt his feet - he can wear these sandals all day without his feet aching. He says they are very comfortable. They last a long time too.

Fits comfortably. Bold colour and good, strong material.

Always loved these sandals. I jumped at the chance to get the newer design. It was worth the money because they last along time. The velcro over time wears out before the sole does. Just stitch a new one on and it’s good to go.

These Teva Sandals are very comfortable and easy to get on and off. I would highly recommend these sandals.

I have wide-ish feet for a lady, as does my sister, who recommended buying men's tevas, as they accommodate our foot shape. I find these cushioned enough, with no heat transfer, and (after about three neighborhood dog walks of wearing in a little) no rubbing issues. They are a bit bulky for a lady, and I wish the ankle strap were a little longer to cover more of the Velcro when closed--they look quite casual. But they're the best I've found that fits. I normally wear a ten wide in ladies shoes, and bought an 8 regular in men's.
