I was all like, why spend so much when you can get a perfectly good 65" TV for half the price? My family over-rode my parsimoniousness.And I don't know how happy we would have been with a cheaper TV (no counterfactual) but we love this one. I grew up in a time when a 36" tube TV was big, but I have to say, 65" is the new 36".The picture quality is superb. None of that weird VHS effect (I don't know how else to describe it, when HD TVs sometimes seem like cheap videocassette players.) from any angle, it just looks great. We watched a football game and it was a revalation - those are actual people playing... and you could see them!The sound out of the built-in speakers isn't terrible, but yeah, you will want a sound bar.But (burying the lede) here's the kicker: The user interface is really good. Like, really. The pointer function (kind of like a mouse, but by pointing the remote) is incredibly intuitive. The setup was actually painless. The free collection of channels isn't half bad. It just worked right out of the (enormous) box, which is more than I can say for a lot of the electronics I buy.So yeah, we are very happy with our new TV.

OLED is the way to go. The 4K Sony that this LG replaced had dimming zones that would glow and be visible when they shouldn’t. This is black when it should be black and colors are bright and vibrant. The WebOS also works better than the android TV on the Sony which quickly became ancient and slow.

The picture is crystal clear and all in all a perfect tv for us. So many wonderful options and easy to use. I love my LG Oled!!!

So far no issues with color or sound. Trying to use the remote is tricky unless you have a lamp on next to you it is impossible to see the buttons. Tried to get Alexa to work with the TV and it would not connect even though its about 12 feet apart. Tried to connect my I pad also and no luck. Sound is okay, not worth turning up for movie or music as you will not get the effect you are looking for. If you want a better sound you will need the add on speakers

Just the best TV ever. I did extensive research into our next TV. It was time we finally upgraded to 4K. Considering the clarity, ease of integration with Apple TV, the bezel, and the weight of the product, this LG TV is amazing. We love watching Apple TV on this TV. The kids love playing Nintendo Switch.When we first received it, we had an installer mount it on the wall. Then we watched Jurassic World with the TV mount installer and we all felt like we could touch the dinosaurs on the screen. I really think he stuck around to help us set up the Apple TV to this LG just so he could see how good it was. Anyhow, he was super impressed, especially at 77". I waited a month before posting this review. Still amazed at how awesome it is every day. Highly recommend.

The LG OLED 65" has the best color of any TV I have ever purchased. It is easy to set up, including attaching the stand. I have not had time to check out the apps. I liked the two HMDI cables that were included and the 26-month warranty. I am extremely happy with my purchase.

Great picture quality. The size is perfect.
