Miracle Noodle Egg White Spaghetti Pasta, 3.5 Oz (Pack of 6)

This is a must buy. Amazing texture and works with any favorite pasta sauce. I made mine with a cottage cheese sauce for additional protein, topped it with ground beef. 1 bag is a serving, but no way that would fill up anyone. I used 2 bags and if it wasn't for the protein and calories in the ground beef and cottage cheese, I would have easily needed a total of 4 bags. By this token, the price is very expensive. A price reduction would be appreciated, egg whites are not that expensive, the ingredients used don't warrant the high cost. The company is exploiting a population that is trying to be be healthy or may have wheat or gluten allergies . I want to be a lifetime costumer, but in this economy, this price just doesn't fit the budget. Overall amazing product !

I love these miracle egg noodles! As a celiac, these satisfy my pasta fix. 1 bag is a serving with no carbs, gf, 45 calories and no sugar. Good texture and greatly improved over shitake(mushroom) noodles. The "spaghetti " isn't really long enough to twirl around a fork. Also have a thinner vermicelli noodle. Easy to prepare/heat - I strain and pop into microwave for 20 to 30 seconds, them add sauce, cheese or toss in soup. They hold up well, no mush.

These are perfect except for the price. The texture is great and they are low-calorie. Just slightly softer than regular pasta. Better texture than any low-carb/keto pasta I've tried, including: konjac, "healthy noodles" (that's the product name), black bean, hearts of palm, zuuchini noodles, kelp noodles, immi ramen (these are my second favorite, but very high calorie). I prefer products with fewer ingredients and not a lot of math for "net carbs" like the lupini pastas and stuff like that. I was hesitant to try these because I've tried egg white wraps and absolutely hated them because they tasted too much like eggs. The sauce flavor dominates these noodles and I wouldn't guess they were made of eggs if I didn't know. As others mention, the bag is small. It's ok for a lunch serving or to mix with a lot of veggies or something for dinner. If you're lazy like me and just want to toss something in the microwave, two bags works well for dinner, and still comes in at less than 100 calories. Even with a splurge on alfredo sauce, it's a 200 calorie dinner. I prefer the spaghetti over the vermicelli because the thinner noodles clump together and are hard to separate. The price of these is outrageous, but I'm going to buy them anyway because it is so hard to find a decent low-/no-carb noodle substitute.

An okay alternative to the real thing. They do not soak up any flavor from sauces they are in even if cooked in them. Texture is “gummier” than other options. Flavor is very bland. But if you are eating this type of food it is edible and offers some variety

They taste good overall but they easily cook to pieces. Much easier than I thought they would, but it is egg, so there's that. Way, way too pricey for what you get and even though the texture might be more pleasing than shirataki to some, but not nearly enough to justify the price. It seem like I saw some shirataki/tofu combination that I liked better than this, but I haven't seen him in a long time.

I'm on a diet that doesn't allow wheat and is especially carb-averse. I've tried a number of options, including konjac noodles (good but not the same texture), konjac with wheat fiber (better but still not the same and tofu noodles (again, they were fine and a good flavor carrier, but they broke apart too easily). These noodles had good texture, a neutral taste, and felt the most like regular pasta out there. This will be my go to moving forward.

I have tried about every keto Ish noodle there is I’m not actually keto but keto like. That’s a totally different story these noodles. I was really hesitant about. I got one package from Walmart delivery. And could never find them again there. Amazon to the rescue. Amazon always has me any obscure thing I could be thinking about. I just opened it up and he’s like I got you. These noodles are amazing.. are they cheaper somewhere else? I have no clue.. there is zero taste all you taste is whatever you put on them and the macros are fantastic. That is if that’s your thing. The texture is perfect. I literally open the package, drain it, then I rinse the noodles out still in the package. I take the noodles and heat them up and put whatever sauce I want on top of it and perfecto!

High protein, low carb, easy to make… add sauce and it tastes like spaghetti! Packed in convenient, single serve, ready to eat packets in a durable box, I can’t ask for a more perfect product… quick, easy and healthy!
