I was looking for a bit. I know I wanted good quality knives. I’m really glad I bought these. Very sharp, good quality steel.

I’m not new to cooking; I’m 50 and I’ve been cooking since I was 14. I know knives, and these are beyond razor sharp. I’m not allowing my 14year old stepdaughter to use them, and I had to give my 20 year old daughter extra safety tips before letting her handle them. As for those complaining about the handle getting loose or breaking; wood doesn’t belong in the dishwasher.

I got these for my husband for his birthday. They are very high quality and have a nice weight to them when you’re cutting, they keep a sharp edge and are very attractive.

Amazing knives and incredibly sharp. Definitely worth the money. If you’re thinking about getting them. Do! They come with blade oil too. It looks just like the picture. The grip and handle size is comfortable. I haven’t had them long enough to know how rust resistant they are but the blade oil would help to maintain them and prevent rust.
