Glide Pro-Health Advanced Floss Picks 30 Ea,30 Count (Pack of 2)

I have been purchasing these floss picks for years and loved them. This last order of packages I have been disappointed in the quality of the floss...it breaks before I get done flossing. This has happened with almost every pick in several different packages. I think the quality of the floss has gone down.

Just to echo what many other recent purchasers have said: Glide floss picks used to be the best product I of its kind out there, but the quality of the product has taken a nosedive with my last purchase. And I do mean LAST purchase because I won't waste my money on these again. I wish I had looked over the recent reviews before my last order. Then again, why would I suspect anything?... I went through 4 picks the first time I tried to floss after opening the new package. Part of the problem is that the floss thread (different than before) doesn't fit into the tight spaces between my teeth like it used to, so I'm putting more pressure on it than I should have to. As a result, the thread breaks or breaks out of where it is affixed to the pick. Lousy! I'm so disappointed because now I don't know what product to turn to. Caveat emptor!

This are the best floss picks in the market. I have used them for years. My local store does not carry them anymore but luckily Amazon sells them. I prefer to buy the pack of 5, but now I am not able to do so because the page says that the productI cannot be shipped to California. I do not understand why the pack of 2 can be shipped but the pack of 5 cannot. I reported the issue four times with no response. I hope the mistake is being corrected soon.

I like them because they are easy to use. Good thing they are cheap, they tend to break easily (the floss part).

The floss change is unconscionably bad. Clearly Glide didn’t test adequately, or more likely, didn’t care to save money. We would have gladly paid more to keep the same good floss pik that it used to be. We’ve used Glide floss and these piks for many years, it used to be a wonderful product. Even our dentists stopped recommending all Glide products. But Glide decided to go cheap and change the floss string so it breaks very easily. My elderly mother got a stuck floss string dangling from a back molar. It was so difficult to remove, she got severe jaw pain. The angled pik is critical for arthritic hands to maneuver, so most floss piks won’t work for us. I’ve tried numerous brands, so far Dentek has worked out ok.

These flossers work much better than any others. Very hard to find in lots of pharmacy and grocery stores.

The absolute best

My dentist recommended these floss picks and I wondered what the difference would be from other picks. I found out really quickly what the difference is… EASE OF USE!!! The design of this floss picks makes getting in between my rear teeth a breeze… the field goal shaped head with the floss going across makes it much easier to access the spaces in the back of my mouth. I will never go back to the traditional floss picks.

Like other customers, I have used this product successfully for years but the current product is substandard with the picks breaking after only a couple of teeth. The tape is different and not fit for purpose. Complete waste of money. Update - actually the tape itself is not breaking but it is not attached securely enough to the plastic at each end and that’s where it is breaking off.

An absolute rip-off! Differently than a few months ago, it turned out that the material of the thread is totally different. It is thicker and than it slips into the teeth's recession far worse. As a result, it cleans off the teeth a lot worse and, on top of that, it breaks up in a while! Therefore, you need at least 3 or 4 of these to complete a single tooth cleansing ,whereas before with one of that you could get by 3-4 days in a row! A typical example of extractive capitalism: a good is qualitatively worse, it costs less to the manufacturer that increases his profit with the customers paying more and getting less. A total cheat!

Absolutely rubbish - avoid this, do NOT buy! Oral B glide floss is usually excellent but this is definitely a bad batch or some kind of knock-off, hence the cheap price. The floss frays and breaks really easily.
