Great for out-of-reach plants
Great for watering hard-to-reach plants. Just fill whatever you've designated as a tank and you're good to go.

Didn't operate and no support
Did not work. I could hear the motor turn but no water was pumped. I tried manual priming, etc. No good. Could not get any replies to the "service" email. Supposed 2 year warranty and 24-hour support. No phone number to call and no response to my email.

Just what I needed
I wish that I would have had this automatic watering system last Spring! I decided to start the plants for my new Hummingbird and butterfly garden from seeds and root starts last Winter, to have a jump start on getting the garden up and running this Spring. I already had lights and other supplies from previous garden projects. The plants were started marvelously, probably around a hundred, counting small pots and larger pots for various shrubs and vines, growing large and vigorously. Now I had a trip planned in early March, for around 10 days. I was concerned about the larger plants, as many of the smaller ones were being grown hydroponically. Would they be able to go without watering for 10 days at this stage of growth? All I could do was drench them before leaving, and hope for the best, as I have no close family or friends that I could call to "plant-sit". Long story short, when I got home, ALL of the unwatered plants had suffered greatly, and several were gone past the point of returning. This automatic watering system is amazing! It has plenty of tubing and fittings to take care of all my plant starts, and would be equally good for your established house plants. It has a broad window for setting the frequency and duration of it's automatic waterings. The instruction booklet is well written, and the company is an established company. It's well worth the cost, which is 1/3 of what I lost in plants last Spring. Do yourself a favor if you ever need to leave your expensive plants for an extended period - get an automatic watering system!

Is Okay
Automatic Drip Irrigation Kit, Self Watering System for 15 Potted Plants Indoor, Drip Irrigation System for Garden with Water Timer and LCD Display, Power by AC Plug & No Battery Backup I ordered this on June 17th, arrived on June 20th, little slow, shipped via USPS, left at our front gate, intact and no damage. I had intended on only using rechargeable solar powered drip irrigation systems and in fact have four solar powered drip irrigation systems set up watering my vegetable garden. They all started out working fine then after a month they all have the same problem, the pump seems to be dying. I checked the tubes for blockage, checked filter, checked drip emitters, none plugged, was/is charged up so only thing left is the pump. So I bit the bullet and ordered this 110 volt drip irrigation system but as much as possible will try and keep the solar powered ones if the primary and the 110 volt as the backup. The water source will be/is an enclosed and filtered water catchment system. Fit and finish is fine, no sharp edges or burrs, 33โ too short so I had to buy 100โ (not running that length, just was minimum length being sold), will test watering rate over the next month because I am using a lot of fabric pots so grow media dries out quick (also cannot gauge right now because it has been raining a lot), would have been nice if this system came with battery back up, power cord (transformer) is too short for my use since my application is outdoor, modes are fine since I am using countdown mode and nothing fancy. The instructions are a little confusing, appears author is foreign and English is not primary language so translation of words are mixed up. The suggested MSRP is just okay, is higher in price then some name brand systems in the big box stores, which is unusual because usually new products attempting to gain popularity on Amazon are priced slightly below average price of the competition. I am giving this drip irrigation a 4 Star rating,

Plants didnโt survive
I had two different waters on two different groups of plants and when we had a short power outage, this one did not go back on while the other one did. So I had one set of healthy plants, but this set was all dried out. Other than that, it seemed pretty good. If I were home and could ensure there was no power outage Iโd be fine.

Extremely accurate and easy to use
This did not require looking at any instructions to figure out how every part of it works. That is extremely impressive to be designed so intuitively. Since it came with a flow chart in the description, I wanted to test how accurate it was. I chose 3 outlets which should flow 150mL each. I set a bucket with the intake filter on the floor, main pumping unit at counter height, and outlets 1 foot above that. I used 1 4 way cross and 4 sections of tubing each 1 full arms length and the intake hose a full wingspan in length. The initial minute, with all tubing full of air resulted in water finally hitting the pump about midway through the minute, and filling each cup with 50mL of water. The next 3 tries, starting with water already in the tubes, resulted in 150mL water in each of 3 cups +/- 4mL Switching between auto and manual modes was easy. Everything about it was easy. Because it uses a 12v wall wart with barrel jack, if I ever want to modify it to use a 12v battery for power backup, that will be easy too. The product description now clearly says no battery backup included. That helped me know exactly what I was getting. I saw that previous reviewers commented that it wasn't clear. This demonstrates a seller responsive to customer feedback. A very good sign. This is a very good product.

Don't Buy This Product
Ordered this a few weeks back as I have a big trip coming up. Pump did not work at all so I returned it and got sent a new one because what are the chances I get two defective machines. Well the new one also did not work and now I am in a pinch to get something else before I have to leave. Also tried contacting customer service but apparently the email no longer exists? Double checked spelling and it was correct so either they misspelled their email or it is no longer in service.

Plants Saving Automatic Drip Irrigation System for 15 Potted Plants
We (actually just my wife) have a lot of potted plants and we usually go on vacation couple times per year (with duration sometimes up to 3 weeks). We don't want to ask and bother our busy friends/neighbors having to come over to water her plants, so we get this. Not hoping that it can replace the watering skill of a seasoned gardener, just hoping that it somewhat can help to keep the plants alive during our vacation (and revive them back to health and flourish after she returns). We choose this system because it seems to include everything needed to set it up and the many variable settings (how many times a day, how long and how much each dripping). I test it and it works well but you better put all the pots on the same level because if you put them in 2 or more levels, the higher level will get less water than the lower ones). Seeing it works is one thing, the real test will come after we come back from vacation and our plants are still alive and well. So far, at least this seems to work as what it says in the listing. Get one, this will only help and not hurt the poor plants which have to go without their Mom's care for a couple weeks.
