Sound and voices could be louder and have better tones
Easy to install, easy to pair to my phone, easy to pair with my 2nd headset. 3 stars because I wish it was louder. When riding at 45mph itโs hard to hear my passenger and hard to hear the music. As far as the music. It sounds like you are listening through tweeters. ( all high tones, no mid tones or low tones). Same for phone calls. Heard to hear the person wile driving above 35mph.

Great bang for buck
I have 3 of these on 3 different helmets. The bang for buck is fantastic. The battery life seems to be great too. While on a trail ride, a friend of mine was riding on of my bikes using my helmet, so we used the intercom feature. Shockingly clear and crisp audio on both ends.

Its great.
We all know the other brand on here thats four times as much. THIS ONE IS LOUDER AND CLEARER. HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMEND. The quality looks / feels to be great, but time will tell. Get this one!!

does not turn
I bought his bluetooth headset a few months ago and when I got it delivered I tested it for a few minutes and it was working. Now that I'm trying to use it for the first time it is not turning on at all. I left it charging overnight and when it is plugged on it does turn the blue/red light but once unplugged it is completely dead. Look somewhere else, it's not a good quality device.
