First, I truly feel sorry for the delivery guy: the carton is long, heavy, and poorly balanced - SUPER unwieldy. The tempered glass panels are in a single box at one end, and the heavy styles are stacked up the length of the main carton on either side of the box of glass, and the rails are stacked on top of the tempered glass box between them. Everything is heavy. The “This End Up” arrow puts the glass at the top - the heaviest part! Even strapped to a hand truck, the package would roll sideways as it would tip. Definitely too heavy for this one man to simply lift and carry, and I’m no slouch! (At least I don’t think I am.) I ended up laying the package down in front of the house and carrying the doors in piecemeal.Overall, it was well packaged. Only one corner of a couple of the styles showed any “bump” damage, and not enough to cause any concern. One of the glass panels was chipped - this was the last one in the box. Oddly, they protected the top of the stack with a piece of hardboard, but nothing on the bottom of the stack. The chip will not show in the finished assembly and does appear to have compromised the panel, though. Some of the rails and styles had stains on them, most of which wiped off with a damp cloth; and, of course, there were scratches from poor handling at the plant. There was also an inclusion of a bit of something that looks like asphalt between two of the rails, staining one, and pressed deeply into the other. I cleaned the one, and the other will face into the closet - but this is a good segue into my assembly tips:Tip#1: LAY THE PIECES OUT AND CONSCIOUSLY DETERMINE THE SHOW SIDE FOR EACH! There were little flaws and stains here and there, and by laying them out first, I got good looking panels for the outside.Tip#2: PUT IT TOGETHER ON A LEVEL SURFACE BIG ENOUGH TO HOLD THE WHOLE PANEL! Getting things flush is much easier this way - I built mine on a big, flat rug, so bonus: no scratches!Tip#3: do not build this with small children wandering about. You DO NOT want them standing on these (or a big dog or cat, for that matter).Assembly is straightforward: assemble the rails to one of the styles, slide glass panels between each, shiny side out, then attach the other style.More tips…Tip#4: the roller brackets mount to the surface that will face the *inside* of the closet. Their drawing looks nothing like the actual track, and it’s easy to misread. (If you find you’ve put them on the wrong side, take one off, remove the style it was on, flip all the glass panels, then reassemble.)Tip#5: drill pilot holes for the roller brackets. You’ll need them…

These doors are very high quality and easy to assemble. We had small damage in shipping of 2 parts and the vendor was spectacular in supporting us and providing the needed replacements very rapidly. All in all everything was 5 star.

Loved the finish look. It was fairly easy to install. It took my SO and I couple hrs to build. Easy instructions. Doors are heavy and it’s real glass. Great value for only $300.I’m considering getting a second one for another room

We used them for our walk-in closet/bathroom. They came packed very well. The box is extremely heavy. They were easy to put together, instructions were clear. Solid and sturdy. Easy to hang and adjustable in height by a few inches once hung. Runs smoothly on the tracks. We love love the final product, looks beautiful. Great value for the price.
