Exceptional handle and strong blade super sharp right out of the package. I’ll definitely be buying more knives from this brand moving forward

Super solid - super sharp.
This knife is awesome, I've used it on some veggies and meats and have had 0 issues. It feels well-balanced in the hand and feels premium - would make a good gift but be aware it doesn't come in any kind of gift packaging, just a plastic bag/container. It looks like it could easily be re-sharpened and used for generations to come. I have some other German-made blades in the kitchen and they're also awesome.

Nice knife for the price
This is an ergonomic meat knife and came nice and sharp. I find the length hand for a variety of processing tasks on larger meat, and it pairs nicely as a big brother to my small 6" victorinox thin tip boning knife.I can't make heads or tails of the numbers printed on it, they don't show up as any kind of steel on a google search, so we will see how well the sharpness holds over time. If the steel is unsatisfactory in holding its edge I will certainly update this review within a year, as we have the knife in daily use. If you don't see an update after a year, that means it held its edge at least as well as a victorinox.
