This is the only way to go if you need a strong stable attachment. Velcro is so hit or miss. This holds on forever! No more failing and falling off!

Weak adhesive
The locking strength of these dual lock fasteners is solid, but the adhesive is disappointingly weak. When pulling apart the connected pieces, the fasteners hold firm, but the adhesive fails, causing the entire setup to come loose. I applied this to plastic after sanding and cleaning the surface thoroughly, yet it still didn’t adhere properly. I ultimately had to use super glue to compensate for the weak adhesive. This is not the same level of performance I’ve experienced with similar products in the past.

Excellent.
Not sure if these are actually made by 3M or if they are bootlegs but they worked great for me. I also like that they do not use white adhesive and blend perfectly with black surfaces.
