Ensure the Auto-empty Station is powered by checking both ends of the power cord. Clean the charging contacts on the station and robot to resolve poor contact.

How to fix network connection failure?

1. Verify Wi-Fi password 2. Use 2.4GHz network (5GHz unsupported) 3. Ensure strong signal 4. Re-enter app and retry pairing if robot not ready.

How to resolve power-on issues?

Charge the robot first if battery is low. Ensure ambient temperature is within 4°C-40°C (39°F-104°F) for proper operation.

How to improve slow charging speed?

Normal charging takes ~6 hours. Extreme temperatures may reduce speed to protect battery. Clean charging contacts with a dry cloth if dirty.
