Great Price with possible drawbacks
Soooo, I gave this a five star review even before I used these lever arms. That's because they were easy to install and have a good range of motion. Also, you can't beat the price of $121 on Prime Day ($142 regular price). Here are 2 of the things I know I won't like, but since I'm not willing to Dish out $500 - $1K plus for a nice trolley system and saftey locks, I'll just have to deal with them:1) They are not going to be super safe to use since they just hang. Going to have to careful so they don't come crashing down.2) Going to be time consuming to switch arm positions.I was really impressed that I was able to even modify these to work on my rack. My rack is a 2x3 with 1 inch holes. I had to buy Kaizen Power Rack spacers (along with the stick on spacers provided) to make up extra inch on the 2 inch side as you might see in one of the pics. Another pic shows no spacers yet as I had to order 2 more. They come in 2 packs for $30 but you need 2 for each arm (if you have a 2x3 cage).I may change my rating after use. I plan on trying shoulder press, bench press, RDLs, squats, split squats and more.

Unsafe & product is incomplete to function as intended
Sometimes you can purchase a product on Amazon for a good price & it’s relatively as good as it’s name brand counterpart. Well this isn’t one of those times. Jammer arms have bern around for a while & my initial interest faded in them primarily because of their directional limitations & outrageous prices. After seeing the invention of multi-directional jammer arms on YT I decided to get on Amazon & see what they had available & after narrowing it down between these and another set i decided to try these because of the ball joints. It really didn’t pay to buy this cheap version vs the $800+ set on YT because these need at least 6 different items that aren’t included to make them safe. After buying the additional items you’ll probably spend $800 or close to it. 1st the ball joint is off center so the arms don’t hang straight. That means you weighs will constantly bash into the center of your uprights on your power rack. To compensate for this you need the type of pin that comes with spotter arms to secure them to your power rack. You could use j-cup but you might bend them. To do incline bench you need the kind of split squat bar that attaches from one upright to the other. This bar keeps the bench from moving back when pressing. You also need 2 sets of collars, the metal type with the bolt with the T in it. Regular collars don’t fit. Without these collars the multi jammers arm will lean & all the weights will slide off potentially falling on your feet, dog or small child. You also need another set to keep the long bolts from the handles from scratching your weights. To do flat bench press lying down on the bench you’ll need hammock straps, 2 eye bolts & nuts, and 2 carabiners to get the arms in position. If not they’re just hang on the floor making it almost impossible to get up in the horizontal position. After buying all those things you’re in the hole for $200-$350 just to make it useable & it’s still not safe because if you don’t put the pins in the rack when loading weights they’ll slide off every time. Luckily I already had those items in my gym, but the average person may not. I think I may return it because just the set up takes 15 minutes every time. The final thing us there’s not enough different ways to grip the handles. This is truly a bad product

Quite pleased
I would definitely recommend adding these plate holder arms to the home gym arsenal. I love working out at home, but miss certain gym equipment. I've been able to imitate plate machines for multiple chest workouts, and some back and shoulder. For the price, you really can't beat it. There are downsides, such as the arms being on the floor when you use a bench which makes them very hard to lift in to position. I have used boxes to raise them to a convenient level to grab from a seated position on the bench, and this works fine for me.
