Good remote, better than the LG original.
Perfect for me. I couldn't stand the LG "magic" eye. It made using the remote a total pain. This one operates like a normal remote and the layout is similar enough to not take too long to get used to. The shape is better in the nand and not always sliding off the sofa or bed Sadly, the one thing it doesn't do is survive a full wash cycle when you accidentally bundle it with the sheets into the washing machine. So I am off to buy a replacement for the replacement LOL!

A good replacement remote
First impressions are quite good. It looks fairly durable and feels similar to the original LG remote. After installing some batteries the television recognised it straight away making set very easy. The biggest problem for me is the main round button. Unlike the original LG remote it makes a loud clicking noise every time you use it. Also, the magic pointer sometimes seems to have a mind of its own jumping all over the screen. The voice control works as it should. Overall, I’m fairly satisfied although I do feel it was a little pricey for a third-party product.

It worked for me...
Remote died one day before England match! Took a chance on this and paid extra for same day delivery. Double checked compatible with Roku box as it's old style and so is remote. Watched YouTube on how to pair, as no instructions just the remote in plastic packaging, it worked on my TV straight away. Shocked and pleasantly surprised! Don't know how long will last but fine for now.
