Arrived today. So I was highly impressed as I had only ordered it the night before. So ten out of ten for delivery time.I was a little sceptical to whether it would be up to the job as it was so much smaller than I anticipated. Once I had set it up and followed the easy set up instructions . I realised it was quite powerful . Easy to use and surprised just how much fine facial hair it got rid of . My face felt so much better and smoother. I was pleasantly surprised. The next surprise was when I came to cleaning it . Easy to remove The head for easy cleaning . Comes with a brush to ensure all hair is removed The design is lovely looks like an over sized lip stick carrier ,so would fit into a shower bag easily. Over all I'm very impressed by first results .

This is a nice looking item that works quite well. I'm not sure about the life of the battery yet.

Definitely does what it says it does. my skin is very is sensitive but I used it on for my chin and did not get any irritation or rash, it shaved all of the hairs and actually I don't get ingrown hairs as compared to using a normal shaver.

Feels a bit plastic compared to others but still does the job it is intended. Easy to use and carry around

Nice and discrete it actually works on those horrible stubborn chin hairs ladies of a certain age seem to grow. Leaves skin feeling smooth and feminine.

This has stopped working. I've had it just over a month and now understand it can't be returned after 1 month even if it is defective. I've changed the battery, cleaned it but unfortunately the motor won't move. Very disappointed at the product and terms for return.
