My son in law has the same Milwaukee sawsall with Milwaukee batteries. We swapped batteries to test the difference. The brand name batteries lasted maybe 10 minutes longer. Not that much better for the huge price difference

We love our Milwaukee M18 tools and batteries. We have a large fleet of various M18 tools and using them all during the work day requires a larger fleet of batteries to keep them going if many are in use. Keeping the used battery charged requires at least one charger. If you have many tools in the fight, you can benefit from a second (or third) charger to keep up with the recharging duties. We saw this set from Cruruakku and felt it was a great opportunity to build up our power reserve. The set comes complete with 2 M18 compatible batteries and the M12/18 charger that will power up Milwaukee and aftermarket M12 or M18 batteries. Everything in the set mimics the look, feel and function of the genuine Milwaukee product. The batteries have LED fuel gauges to indicate battery level. The charger has a red and green LED indicator that shows charging/charged respectively. The only difference we could find, besides branding was the 120V power cord. Our OEM chargers have permanently attached power cords with strain relief. This charger has a separate power cord that plugs into the charger base. It plugs in easily and operated fine. One of the benefits of this separated cord allows for better storage when packing the tools up. If you have a molded plastic case, sometimes the attached cord can obstruct closure if there are scattered drills and drivers within the case. Being able to detach the cord allows for a more compact fitted charger with perhaps the cord stowed beneath. This set lends versatility to our tool shed. It's a great, reasonably priced addition.

Complete Junk these are not even remotely comparable. The reviews saying otherwise are completely misleading. These battery’s last approx 3-5 charge cycles. Honestly I’m concerned it’s going to burn out my name brand tools.

This product consists of two 5Ahr Milwaukee compatible batteries and a charging unit. It’s difficult to review these items this early because problems often don’t show up until later. But this is what I know so far. The batteries are almost an exact clone of a Milwaukee 5Ahr battery – same physical size and the charge indicator is in the same place (see pictures). The Milwaukee 5Ahr battery weighs 1 pound, 9.5 ounces, while this 5Ahr battery weighs 1 pound, 6.5 ounces. The lighter weight is concerning. I wonder if these batteries have the same capacity as the genuine Milwaukee 5Ahr batteries. Additionally, batteries heat up in use and having sufficient thermal mass keeps a battery from shutting down before it’s depleted. The charging unit looks very much like the Milwaukee charging unit. I used it to charge the batteries and it worked the same as the Milwaukee charger. I mounted the charger on the wall of my shop, next to the Milwaukee charger and included a picture. So far, all is good. If I encounter any problems, I'll edit my review.
