I love fiber one snacks. They’ve got a decent amount of fiber — typically around 20-25% of your daily recommended intake, taste good, affordable — usually around 50 cents a piece, low calorie and delicious! I’ve always boughten their brownie flavor but decided to try their chocolate chip because it was on sale and it’s now my favorite flavor! They’re so soft just like their brownies but they taste so delicious. It’s not exactly like a home baked cookie of course but the flavor is similar to a lot of store bought cookies. A nice treat if you’re on a diet or just need some more fiber.

I’m currently on a weight loss journey, so I’m having to swap certain things out. I can’t deny that I’ve got a sweet tooth & I’m always looking for something sweet to snack on after I’ve had dinner. This fiber brownie is semi sweet, soft, and very tasty! It definitely does the trick in satisfying the urge to snack on something sweet. My only complaint is the size of the brownie lol. It’s a little small, so I’ve found myself binging on 2 after dinner. I do like that you get 12 brownies for the price of $4.99!! I can’t complain about that.

These fiber bars serve their purpose (to help me loosen my bowels), but they aren’t very tasty in my opinion. For the calories, they’re a decent size. The ones I received were fresh and were pretty soft too. They had a decent flavor but they were also a little grainy tasting. Personally, I have had better tasting fiber bars for a better price (like the Walmart brand).

i think these are a tasty little snack, low calorie and can be eaten as is or warmed up is good too. these come in a fairly large pack for the price and id say its good value.

Very good low carb product with reduced calories, taste is very good, not a large serving but adequate for a snack, good pricing

I've eaten other Fiber One products before with good results. Today, that changed.I took advantage of a good price on this product hoping to add another flavor to my treat lineup that normally includes the tolerable chocolate and surprisingly tasty coffee cake flavors also offered by Fiber One.Unfortunately, Amazon sent the two boxes in with a couple of heavy cans of nuts, so the Fiber One boxes arrived dinged and crushed. I immediately opened the more damaged box to inspect the contents and they appeared fine.I was a bit peckish since jt was the mid-afternoon, and the box was already open so I decided to test one out. It appeared and smelled fine upon opening - perhaps a bit dry and crumbly, but that is typical for this line of snacks in my experience. I went for my first taste hoping for a delightful chocolate chip cookie-like flavor. Instead, I was greeted with the disgusting taste of bile within the first few chews of the bite I took. I made a beeline for my garbage can and spit it out, followed by rinsing my mouth with the water directly from my kitchen faucet. Looking over the bar again, I couldn't see any obvious signs of spoilage. Into the garbage bin it went with me still wretching a bit from my surprisingly horrible experience.There is no way that these are supposed to taste this way. I'm going to contact either Amazon or General Mills to let them know if this experience. Perhaps someone will give me a refund.

These are a great low calorie treat just don’t expect anything life changing. They have a spongey texture and very bland taste. They have a good amount of fiber which is nice.
