This is thicker and heavier than I expected. It provides instant cooling even if you don’t put it in the freezer first, although this fades. Good compression, and it fits as expected.

This sleeve stiffens and wrinkles after only a few uses. Stays cold for only 10 - 15 minutes at best. Disappointed. And at $30 each, think twice before buying.

Because it is made with copper material even at room temperature the cold feel is noticeable due to the metal being a good conductor of heat. No that there are any solid metal plates in this sleeve. The whole thing is very soft, plush, and just comfortable to have on even.I got the large/xl size and it fits my arms and knees comfortably without falling off or being overly tight. No tears in the material and held up to my first couple uses fine. Extremely easy to take on and off. Best to check your size before picking which one you want. You can flip it inside out or back easily if you need to but it is most comfortable the normal way.It comes inside a small thermal bag with a zip lock sealing top that you store it inside when not in use. You can throw the bag in the freezer for a couple hours when you want to make it really cold then take it out for use. You can also take it out and put it in the microwave to heat for 30 seconds, or additional 10 second intervals up to 60 seconds safely. It gets warm but is not intended to be very hot as they say.Very satisfied with this one and I am considering getting another one for my grandmother. The material especially is wonderful and comfortable.

The combination of the compression along with the cold sensation provides comfort and pain relief for his joints. We got this compression sleeve primarily for his knee and thought an L/XL would fit. However, he found it feeling a little bit too snug on his knee, while it did fit well for his elbow. This sleeve is easy to wear and remove. The material is also soft and comfortable. You can store this compression sleeve in the freezer to enhance the coldness as well. Overall, he is pretty happy with this sleeve.
