Efficacy : 5/5 for the price it is a great product as after doing lots of cardio namaste strength training (1 hr cardio+ 35 minutes strength training + 15 minutes cardio), it helps in recovery and no soreness in body. Taste: 3.5/5 gulpable but 3 out of 10 people will not like it's taste. Bad thing about the product: The color they have used for this blueberry flavour is too harsh on my body, it changed color of poop. Any such change in body is not good as body has to work extra to remove such unwanted fillers. Please fix this dye/color that you are putting in this product.

Worst product, I bought the 1st time is normal, 2nd time is so bitter. Total waste of money

Product is good, still need a lot of improvement, but ready to use. Thumbs up for their consistency.
