Omg amazing ! Both my girls have knee issues from cheer and dance ! I used to make my own out of the KT strips !! They use these by themselves and love them !!!!!

It's the same tape athletes use for protecting their muscles in sports and gymnastics, so it is sturdy. It did not provide enough support overall when my knee acted up, and had to use a full brace. But it did give me added security on a recent trip when I walked every day.

Was skeptical, but this seems to help. I am bone on bone need the replacement. I have worn for 3 days in a row and stays put even after showers. Would buy again.

Despite this product being pre-cut and easy to apply, the bad outweighs the good for this product. The instructions are broken English and don't make much sense. Thank goodness for illustrations. I did get this wet with both a shower and sweat and it stayed on for more than 24 hours but when it came time to remove it, that's when the problems started appearing. Most of the edges were frayed and it was difficult to pull up. Once I started to remove it, small bits of the adhesive and fabric from the tape stayed on my skin. You can see the level of irritation on my skin (I was pulling as slowly as possible) even after a shower. I had to scrub (firmly!) the remainder of the adhesive off. This has not been my experience with the KT Tape brand. I'll be returning the remainder of this tape despite its ease of use and pre-cut shape.

I ran comfortably for a hilly half marathon with this product. I forgot I had a knee issue! Highly recommend for Ease of use, application and support.

I purchased this for my knee hoping it would be a more cost effective version of KT tape. The tape that goes under the knee does not stretch which is what you need. The longer strips are a bit difficult to use because the two thin strips will get stuck on each other.I’d rather purchase KT tape
