Been taking these vitamins since my daughter was born 12 months ago. She is a happy healthy little girl that is rarely ill at all and has stayed steady in the 75 centile her whole life. Chunky little roles and perfect in every way. I don’t know if this is because of the vitamins or not but both my babies have been healthy and done well when breast feeding. Plus is have barely been ill myself the whole time is have been on Vitabiotic vitamins. I first started in the preconception ones, then went to pregnancy vitamins and then breastfeeding. When I stop feeding I will go into normal well woman vitamins.

Good but a little worried
I took this for about one month. It comes Multi vitamins together with fish oil. I got higher HDL than average in recent annual check. I don’t know if It’s because of taking the fish oil. Although my doctor said the HDL is good cholesterol, I am a little worried, I will prefer HDL within the regular range. I am wondering if I should repeat purchasing

These Pregnacare Breast-Feeding tablets have been really helpful. They’re easy to take daily and give peace of mind that I’m getting the nutrients needed while breastfeeding. I’ve noticed more consistent energy levels, and knowing they’re specially formulated for breastfeeding mums is reassuring. A convenient and high-quality supplement — would definitely recommend.

As a breastfeeding mom for almost two years, Pregnacare Breastfeeding has been a staple in my daily routine. I can confidently say that these vitamins make a noticeable difference in my energy levels, overall well-being, and possibly even my milk supply. Pros: - Boosts Energy Levels – I can always tell when I forget to take them because I feel more sluggish and drained. These vitamins genuinely help sustain my energy throughout the day. - Comprehensive Nutritional Support – It contains a well-balanced mix of vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 DHA. - Supports Postpartum Recovery – I’ve noticed that my hair and nails are healthier, and I generally feel more replenished. - No Digestive Issues – Unlike some other supplements, I’ve had no stomach discomfort after taking these. Cons: - Pricey for a 28-Day Supply – While I do think it's worth the cost, the fact that one pack only lasts 28 days makes it feel a bit expensive compared to other postnatal vitamins. If you're on a budget, this could be a factor to consider. - Large Tablets & High Dosage – The tablets are quite big, which might be difficult for some to swallow. Additionally, you need to take three tablets per day, which may feel like a lot for those who struggle with pills.

I switched to the Pregnacare Breast-Feeding pack after finishing my pregnancy vitamins, and honestly it has been one of the better decisions I made postpartum. The first couple of weeks after delivery were exhausting, and I could tell my body needed extra support, especially while breastfeeding. After taking these consistently, I noticed: • Better energy levels during the day • Less hair shedding compared to the first few weeks • Improved mood and overall recovery • The Omega-3 capsule is a big plus since I don’t eat enough oily fish The tablets look large but are actually fine to swallow with water. I didn’t have any nausea or stomach upset, which I was worried about. Does it increase milk supply? Not directly, but I genuinely felt healthier and more stable, which helped me stay consistent with feeds. The box covers 28 days, so it’s not the cheapest, but postpartum nutrition is something I didn’t want to compromise on. I’m now on my second pack and plan to continue while breastfeeding. If you’re feeling drained or noticing postpartum hair loss or low energy, this is definitely worth trying.
