I was recommended this controller by an American i play Division 2 with on the PC, and i assumed it was a 'Turbo Fire' type of controller, as in, you just hold the button down and semi-automatics like pistols and rifles would fire like fully automatics do. Sadly, it's not that type of 'full auto'. Forget about the LED lighting. It's nice, but it's not what you're using to play your games. It's just a nice touch. I have mine set to 'solid white' which of course as with any other LED lighting, gives off a very light blue tint, which is fine. My only issue is with the software. The controller still works as it should without the software, but if you want control lighting and set trigger options, and just see what is actually going on, you need the software. Not everyone has a Microsoft store account, and not everyone can get around downloading the files from their own site and cobbling it together. I downloaded it from their site first, and it didn't work. The program wouldn't start at all. Then i tried it from the Microsoft store, and again, it didn't work. Then for some strange reason, i booted up my computer, and all of a sudden, it works. I don't even know LOL With everything up and running, i have to say, depending on how long it lasts of course, if it meets expectations, then i'd buy another one of these controllers instead of an Xbox controller. Also i have to say, for a "Made In China" product, to not be put off by this at all. It's very well made, and i have to also give credit to the sticks, triggers and buttons. Compared to an Xbox controller for PC, this beats the Xbox controller easily. The lentgh of the cable is great too, i actually can just sit back in my chair, which is around 7ft away from the big screen TV, and not worry about the cable one bit. This whole idea of people being wary of products "Made In China" has always been silly. It has nothing at all to do with China or the Chinese folks. Instead, it has everything to do with the Western companies who order things to be built in China to whatever specifications they desire. The complaints everyone has about products made in China, only exist because companies are the ones cutting corners, ordering products to be built with lower quality parts and materials. and that's that.

Purchased this because original xbox controller suffered from stick drift. After 5 months of use with different types of games, there has been no issues at all. The app allows for a good amount of personalization and has excellent build quality.

The controller is good and I've used the gamessir 7g until it broke feels a similar weight to the normal Xbox controller even tho it is wired and it is easy to set up a calibrate the triggers and sticks and click buttons are very responsive, if you play with vibration turn it down as it is powerful and it come with gamepass ultimate but if you have used a gamepass code already on your account it won't work so please keep that in mind when you enter it

This controller is significantly better value for money than the licensed controllers you can find at more stores. It’s a nice weight in the hands, the buttons feel good, the lights have a lot of customisation and can even be dimmed or brightened depending on preference. The key feature I bought it for is the sensitive triggers, which is something you can turn on and off on the fly. It isn’t as good as the physical notches on more expensive controllers, as you can still press all the way down and can sometimes end up inputting longer than you’d like; but for fast paced games, or games where the first shot really matters, this gives a noticeable edge with no input lag. My only problem is that the build quality of my right trigger was somewhat flawed. After a few months of use, it began sticking, and a couple months later, something snapped inside. Luckily, GameSir customer support is AMAZING!!! They managed to figure out a replacement for me, and when Amazon had no stock left, they instead got me a full refund. You literally have nothing to lose! The controller is also transparent, so it’s really easy to get picture/video evidence of any faults you might need to report.

Had this for a couple of days now, I usually buy the cheaper Xbox controllers but they are nowhere near as good as the original official Xbox 360 controllers, so I decided to take a more expensive chance on this one and gotta say it’s so close to the original Xbox controllers that you won’t be sorry to get one. Did have a slight problem with the length of the wire even though it’s around 10ft long, so I bought a few different usb a male to female extension cables but none would run the controller, so I got this active one and it works a treat. Cable Matters Active USB Extension Cable (Active USB Extender Cable, USB Cable Male to Female) for Webcam, Oculus Sensor, HTC Vive Link Box, Xbox Kinect, PlayStation Camera and More - 5m, just thought I would share this info for anyone else who’s had trouble extending this controller, overall I would recommend everyone to give this controller a shot if like me you loved the original Xbox 360 controllers.

It’s one of the comfiest and best looking controllers I’ve ever owned. The LEDs in the controller aren’t too bright, which is a problem I’ve had with other similar controllers, but they are bright enough to not be too dark. All the buttons are silent which is perfect for me and the back buttons are easy to map. Overall it’s a high quality, durable and great performing controller that’s great value for money

Decent enough controller but durability isn't good. Stopped working after a year.

Wow. Just… wow. I bought this controller expecting “fine,” and instead I got what can only be described as a technological miracle wrapped in plastic and rubber. The buttons click with the precision of a Swiss watch, the grips are comfier than my sofa, and the wired connection means I can finally play without the looming dread of a dead battery mid-boss fight. Honestly, I think my old controller is jealous. If it could talk, it would probably sob quietly in the corner. The design is sleek, futuristic, and somehow makes me feel like I should be saving the galaxy rather than just farming XP in my living room. I’ve been using it for hours on end, and my thumbs haven’t complained once, which is more than I can say for myself. Even my non-gamer friends have commented that it “looks professional,” which I am now taking as a compliment to my impeccable taste. In short: this controller doesn’t just work, it elevates gaming to an art form. If controllers had personalities, the GameSir Kaleid would be the charming, competent best friend you always wished for, who also somehow makes you play better without even trying. Five stars aren’t enough, but they’ll have to do.

Love GameSir controllers, replaced by Xbox ones as I must be very unlucky as all of them kept disconnecting. Very comfortable and high quality, works great

So far so good! I just got this in the mail. It arrived super fast. The lights are vibrant. It's practically the same size as my old controller (maybe like a centimetre smaller), as shown. Fits well in my hand. The cord it comes with is super long (maybe like 10 ft). The sticks feel good. The buttons are satisfying to click. I haven't tried it in game, so I'm not sure how well it works for that but it's a major update to my last controller (as it had controller drift).

This controller is very good, it got really everything u need. The sticks are smooth but not floaty which is amazing in a budget controller like this one. No trigger stops sadly but u can use the hair trigger mode. the triggers are amazing and i didnt know this but the triggers has a semi adaptive triggers thingy going on like on the ps5 dualsense with some motor vibration unit in them which blew me away when i found out about it while testing because the description for this controller doesnt mention anything about it. good back buttons aswell although i might find myself clicking them by accident from time to time but its no biggie. And obviously the RGBs are amazing with different effects and modes.
