The kit arrived quickly with a hand written thank you card with technical support number to call which was a nice touch. So I felt good right from the start. My 20 year old nephew helped install it. This is an upgrade from the one I had before which was just poles connected to the brake and gas. All the parts were well packaged with a 10-page color instruction book with lots of detailed pictures. There are a lot of ways to install this with extra parts. It took about 90 minutes to install and we tried two different ways to connect to the brake pedal it to see which configuration worked best. I like that the car can still be driven by someone normally or using the hand control. The gas control was smooth, not jerky at all. And the locking mechanism works great when I’m at a stop light so I don’t have to hold the brake pedal down with my arm. I texted them a picture of my installation just to have them check it over and got a reply with markups of my original picture and a follow-up call a few minutes later. That’s why we tried a different configuration which did work better than the first way we installed the brake pedal connection. Overall, I’m really pleased. It wasn’t hard, just took some thinking, and having someone to talk to helped. Read the whole manual before you start. It has a lot of good tips so you don’t have to undo stuff
