Great Buy- They LOVE it!
I was impressed with this catio! I looked at them for months, and finally decided on this one. Putting it together wasn't near as hard as I thought it would be. It went together well! I have been impressed by this so far! I think I might add some weatherproof stain to the wood to make it last even longer, but it has held up fine in all the storms we have been having. The cats LOVE it so much, and won't stay out of it! I am very happy with this purchase.

Bengal & Yorkie friend LOVE it!
My cat and her Yorkie buddy couldn’t be happier! The build quality is light wood, be careful not to splinter it. The value for our money was fine. I was Xpecting it to be larger - size wise, but it works for our purposes. It fit perfectly in the nook for our window. It took 2 people to assemble. The doors are kinda flimsy, just be careful with them.Other than that, it’s a fine addition to our patio furnishings.

Assembly could be challenging for some
Instructions not very clear. Used photos of assembled unit from add on Amazon to help understand what went where. A couple of the boards were split at the end but didn't seem to affect the integrity of the unit. Holes for screws seemed to be all be drilled and in the correct locations. Was delighted that the wood didn't split from the screw being tightened. Once assembled it seems sturdy. Took most of day for assembly and I have lots of experience. 2 people make it much easier. Cat is getting used to it. It would prefer to have complete access to run free.

Good catio , happy kitty
It’s a great product—probably the best option on the market so far. However, the quality of the wood isn’t the best. The wood is dry and sometimes breaks easily when you put the screws in. Once assembled, it’s a little flimsy, but it holds up pretty well. We’ve had it for eight months now, and our kitties are happy—they use it all the time. It was relatively easy for two people to put together. In the end, we chose to seal the wood with a water-repellent spray. We also placed it on a platform made of wooden pallets covered with a fake grass rug to keep the catio from sitting directly on the bare concrete floor. To give our cats access to the catio, we cut a hole in the window screen and another one in one of the back panels. You might also want to block the gaps between the wall and the catio—even if they seem small—because a smaller cat could slip through. Pool noodles work well for filling those gaps.Overall, it’s a great catio, spacious enough for two to three kitties to hang out comfortably.

Very good for the price and easily assembled
Went together easily, a few mistakes in the instructions but overall very pleased. It is made of white pine so I only use a hand ratcheting screwdriver and didn’t split any pieces. Overall very happy with the results.I did use a few C-clamps to square up the pieces while assembling and it helped a lot for a 1 person build.Delivery was a week earlier than expected, so that was a bonus.

Renter-ish friendly
I live this thing. It took me and husband .... a couple hours to put together. We rent so we can't have things attach to the house and this was the perfect solution. (Minus the screen which would need to be replaced when we moved anyway. I wouldn't say this is the most stable and built to last a lifetime, but it is built to keep indoor cats in an outdoor space even if they get freaked out by a weird noise and go totally nuts. I also moved this around by myself and it didn't break but I didn't move it twice. Cats love it. Can be broken down and moved if needed. We were really cautious about where to cut the mesh just because that isn't something we want to replace or patch. All pieced were numbered or we were able to figure it out. I think the screen being on the inside was the one thing that tripped us up. We do have a gap from the screen to the catio and can't figure how to solve yet, so we have a piece of vent going from window to catio.

May want to look elsewhere
Very cheaply made. Shelves couldn't hold a 4.5lb catand the bottom of unit was stapled to 1x2 and pulled apart when we tried to put it against a wall.

Great iguana enclosure
Not too bad to put together with a buddy. Lots of different ways to arrange shelves and make more shelves out of boxes instead of assembling them. You just have to be a little crafty. Great cage for my iguana. There was an issue with shipping and the seller took care of it.
