Great little pool vac
Like the fact that it is rechargeable so this makes it easy to use. We’ve attached it to a longer pole to get to the deep end but does the job of cleaning the light debris from the bottom.

Product snapped after less than 3 days use
Simply - after less than a few days use the neck attaching the pole to the vacuum snapped. The design is clearly not fit for purpose or we had a duff manufactured model.Had it not been for the total destruction of usability the review would have been more favourable. It had good suction. Battery life seemed reasonable.Overall quality was a bit worrying. Plugging in the charger for the first time - nothing happened. Moving the cable slightly, suddenly brought it to life. The charging sequence didn’t work as described in the manual - after the 2.5 hours of charging there was no progress on the charging bar, yet unplugging and switching it on showed full charge. The other charges we gave worked differently sometimes with the charging bar progressing, others not. This may have been sufficient to return it - had it not fallen apart in use.Product was returned to Amazon - very unsure whether I would want to chance a replacement model

Very poorly made
I disliked the fact that the filter blocked up with very little debris.Can’t workout why they make stuff like this ,Not cheap,So I will probably send it back

Great product and customer service
My first order arrived but wouldn’t charge, but once I’d left a review detailing this and my disappointment the seller contacted me quickly and arranged to send me a replacement vacuum immediately. I’m really pleased to say that my replacement vacuum charges fine and works perfectly with my 12ft bestway. If any one has any problems or questions don’t hesitate to contact the seller. They’re extremely helpful!

Good
Worked for 3 months until the foot that held the brush just crumbled easy to use and kept the pool sparkling. Shame really as the supplier does not do spare parts.
