STAUB Ceramic 2-pc Nested Mixing Bowl Set - White

Ordered these and also a wider shallow bowl & LOVE all of them. They are a perfect white against my quartzite counters and are just really nice looking bowls. I’ve now ordered some Staub bakeware pieces & hopefully will like them as much.

Staub seriously needs to work on packaging… item arrived cracked because its only separated by a thin piece of cardboard. This is the second set of dishes i purchased in a months time, the other set was the baking dishes… all arrived damaged.

I so wanted to like these bowls but, after one year the smaller one cracked! I hand washed them and only used them to mix ingredients for baking with a spatula. I contacted the customer service and was told they would send me an email for pictures but they did not! I also sent an email to them and No reply! I do like their enamel coated cast iron pans but obviously, the ceramic bowls don’t last! I bought less expensive ones in 1980 and they are still not cracked. I thought it might be nice to update but my old ones definitely are lasting longer! So sad, I really like these bowls and I thought they would last 5 to 10 years. 😢

Bowls are very well made and are attractive for serving foods. The large bowl is a very useful size for mixing or serving. Smaller bowl is too small to be as useful as it could be. The set needs a third bowl that is sized between the large bowl and the small bowl, or the small bowl needs to be taken out of the set and replaced with a medium sized bowl. Having a middle size bowl between the two bowls would make it a great set.

The very best bowls I have ever owned
