It’s ok! Felt I had to adjust it a lot it works well but I went to grab it today and there’s a ball in the main tubing causing static sounds. But if your looking for a lost cost option it does work well once adjusted right.

Great buy!
Really nice stethoscope for an affordable price! The ear tips are comfy and I like that the tubing is not stiff. I did notice in the instruction manual, it stated this stethoscope was not intended to be used with BP cuffs, something to do with the sound waves - I had my cuff at home so I tried it on my roommate and I heard perfectly well with it so I guess take that with a grain of salt. I’m really pleased with it, can hear very clearly and use it to take BPs daily!

Not fit for patient care.
I used a 3M Littmann for 18yrs and sadly the ring broke around the diaphragm. Frantically, I bought this stethoscope and it was the worse decision I ever made. With only 4 months left before retiring I didn’t want to buy another Littmann due to the cost. I can barely hear a heartbeat or even take a manual blood pressure with this stethoscope. Based on the descriptions and reviews I bought this and I do not use it for my patients safety. I have been using the hospital’s isolation disposable stethoscope which are better quality. I did some research and found the replaced parts for my 3M Littmann which I have ordered. Nurses please do not buy this stethoscope, you will be doing your patients an injustice.
