I’m sad, mildly annoyed and completely heartbroken. My sweetheart of a spouse got me this as a surprise because I had been talking so much about how I wanted one of these even though he doesn’t get why. He did something adorably sweet and I didn’t even get to use it once as it just didn’t turn on. We did all the right things to make it work and it nothing worked. It just was a dud of cheaper quality plastic for too much money. For the price we paid I expected more. Maybe I just got a dud but for how sweet of a gesture it was to be given and to never be able to use it just kinda smashed the rating on how good of a product this is. Disappointing.

Works great, skin feels and looks smoother. My only complaint is the mask weighs more than expected so hard to keep on unless your laying down.

Absolutely LOVE this mask! Make sure to use some collagen or oil before use. Skin gets warm but it works well! Has an automatic shut off. You can also set it to where all the colors are used. I use the red light for texture, tone, inflammation, and fine lines/wrinkles! Blue light is for acne, sun damage & wound healing. One of my must haves! The price should be more honestly! Great value.
