Good , but the mixing with water a pain , another type I use you take of a spon. I'd say give it a try for yourselfs

I can’t tell you if it actually works as I haven’t noticed any difference since using it, though I’m guessing it’s good to get additional fibre.I find the fact that it doesn’t dissolve in cold drinks a bit annoying - you end up with a congealed lump in the bottom of your glass

Omg no.
This product was hard to dissolve, but worse is it causes excessive gas. Like, I’m talking real deal disruptive. Unless you want your house to be a giant Dutch oven, I’d recommend Optifibre or Benefiber.
