Where is Tide manufactured?

The Title and the box in the picture don't say this is HE detergent but the product description does. Is it HE or regular?

Hello Leigh, The front and both sides of this box of Tide has a blue circle with an HE inclosed. On the left hand side of box it says this mark means it is ok for High Efficiency machines. Hover your cursor over the box of Tide on its description page...it will magnify the image and you should be able to see the HE in a circle. Hope this helps!

Can I use cold water?

I almost always use cold water. Works great.

Box states 102 loads but what size load,? - 1 scoop sml, 3 scoops med, 5 scoops large load-makes no sense!

No Joke $85.87 Shame

I ordered this soap at an already expensive price but by the time it was shipped and I saw my charge of $85.87 Yap! No Joke! $85.87 for one box of Tide soap. No gold flakes. No surprise pack. No folding laundry. No self washing. Wow. Really. Buyer be Ware is right. Shame.
