The easiest way to make perfect quinoa. I boiled all three because I was making a large batch and there was zero issues to think about. I boiled for 15 because I like mine fuller. Turned out awesome!

I used my first bag of four in an 'unstuffed' bell pepper recipe. I usually use brown rice, but this was much yummier.
