Great for DIY Beginners
This worked really well for our DIY kitchen backsplash project. It is very important to clean the walls before applying — the areas we cleaned following instructions had no issues staying (installed several months ago). The only pieces that have fallen were last minute adds behind the stove where we hadn’t prepared the wall, and they fell after only a day or two. Can’t tell it wasn’t mudded after applying tiles and grout, and made the install process much faster. Would recommend for first time DIY folks, well worth it!

Tiles stick very securely to this product
I've used this product several times to attach tiles to a wall and am sold. I did a backsplash two years ago and the tiles are still very secure. The product is very sticky so you need to be sure you place it exactly where you want it as it's difficult to reposition. Also tiles need to be placed exactly where you want them as they stick firmly in place. I used Talavera tiles from Mexico that are handmade so they are not uniform in size, but it's a look that I like. I would buy this product again.

Pluses & Minuses
Works as expected; it was direct and easy, BUT there are disadvantages too. Mine was a small job and I was working with small tiles; therefore, there were times I wished I had used a mastic paste. Measure carefully, I had to order a 2nd roll in the middle of the project. And, there is a time limit for the adhesive surface. The spacers they provide are excellent, but there are not enough to do even a small job. I hated having to order another roll, but I was "giddy happy" to have more spacers! I highly recommend purchasing their spacers for any tile job.

Works well and holds tile
Works well for a backsplash, especially if you are doing a lot of small tile. Easy to apply and holds tile well.

Works great for tile backsplash
This was great to finish a small area of the wall that was missing the adhesive tile mat. You just roll it out and it sticks right to the wall. I used a utility knife to cut carefully right on the wall and had no issues. The mat is so sticky and my tiles stuck right to it. If you lay it on gently at first you are able to remove to get lined up just right before you press firmly and stick it on there for good. I used for a tile backsplash and it’s turning out great!

Didn’t work on a rounded surface mosaic piece
Tiles didn’t stick well on a rounded surface. Had to glue on. Might be great on a flat surface

Pricey, but very Convenient
I was cautious at first since thinset is so much cheaper, but what you pay for is convenience and less mess, especially when it comes to small projects. I had to add a few tiles to the backsplash in my aunt’s kitchen after helping her install a new vent hood. This worked perfectly
