The ESR tempered glass screen protector is high quality. Very optically clear, functionally on point (works with apple pencil, too.) Installation was straight forward, nailed it first try -- zero bubbles or dust. I run a hot shower for a few minutes to settle any dust particles out of the air and install screen protectors in the bathroom to avoid any contamination between the screen and protector. Adhesion seems great. The fit is perfect and hasn't conflicted with any cases I've tried so far.I've dealt with ESR customer service in the past -- and they've always been extremely responsive about fixing any issues. 5 Stars for this screen protector and ESR as a company.

After spending so much money on the new iPad Pro, and as fragile as it feels, one of the first things I wanted to do was add a glass screen protector. I’ve used ESR in the past for other accessories so when I saw they sold a screen protector for the latest iPads and offer the crucial application tray, I was happy to buy it. I went with the Armorite version as I want the best quality and durability and don’t mind paying a few more dollars for something that likely will last for the life of the iPad. Installation is obviously the hardest part, environment and air quality are the most important factors, so I applied mine in the bathroom after having some steam built up to help knock any dust or particles out of the air. After cleaning the iPad, the application tray makes the process so easy, giving me a perfectly lined up install. The only issue I had was a few little bubbles and some dust under the glass (not a fault of the product.) Personally, I ran the risk of the slightly lifting up the edges and sliding the dust removal sticker under the glass until I removed the few trapped pieces of dust I had. There were a few bubbles under the glass but I was able to easily press them out and it only took a few minutes and they never came back so I’m not sure why people knock the product for bubbles when it’s very hard to install any screen protector without needing to press out bubbles (especially on one this large.) The install ended up coming out perfect and I now have an extra screen protector in the event that this one ever gets damaged. The only two slight cons I noticed is that the glass appears to be a lot more reflective than the original glass, and it also adds a slight RGB looking filter on the screen (imagine the rainbow you’d see on a wet oil slick or what most plastic screen protectors look like) It’s not really something you’ll notice but going from no screen protector, to adding one, I did notice the image is slightly less sharp, but it’s only noticeable on white backgrounds. It does slightly take away from the new iPad’s beautiful screen but it’s a trade off I’m willing to make for added protection of that beautiful and very expensive screen. I also find it does a better job of not collecting finger prints and feels nicer to glide your finger across than the original glass. I think this is a great screen protector for the money, mostly due to the application tray which makes the process very easy. But the most important key to a perfect installation is the prep working of having the screen perfectly clean, and having the best environment, free of dust and debris in the air. If there are any bubbles you should be able to press them out. I just wish it didn’t have that slight distortion to the clarity of the screen that I don’t think I’ve gotten from other screen protectors.

The bubbles disappeared for me and haven't yet returned..Quality:Quality seems OK for now, time will tell how well this product performs and avoids developing bubbles over time.
