The quality of the shirt is great. I turned it inside out to wash, but was still worried about stitching of the pad. It has held together after multiple washes and countless baseball games. My child has also been hit by the ball in the padding which definitely softened the blow. Great purchase, gave me peace of mind while my son is playing baseball.

I bought this for my son for baseball season, he is 4 years old. He plays in a 4-6 yr old league and wanted the extra protection for him when he is in the field. He says it's comfortable the size was perfect for him I will purchase another one as he gets older. When he does wear it, he tends to mess with padding but it's new to him so maybe he will get used to it
