I LOVE this scooter!!! Easy to put together, charge and use. I did find a couple Youtube videos to help as I didn't know you need to get momentum before the accelerator engages. In other word get it started with foot then it works. My dog loves to run and I am NOT a jogger and there is a leash law where I live to I had to figure a safe way to use it dog walking. I took a suitcase strap (one with big clasp) and put that around my waist. Took a smaller one and hooked it through the retractable leash and it works great. It did take a bit of time and bacon for her to get use to it but now she loves running beside me. Its easy enough to jump off if another dog or person comes and steer it with one hand while retracting dog leash with the other. I also like the 3 different speeds but I doubt I'll ever go full speed for dog walking.

Very good scooter. Use it around the neighborhood and it holds up very well, a bit bumpy because of no suspension, but the tires make up for it. The flashlight isn't that bright, and I think it's more for people to be able to see you. The scooter is very easy to use, you just press the throttle and you can hold it for cruise control. They advertise the range as 15 miles, though I only get about 5. Maybe it's because I'm on sport mode, but who knows. The battery life is pretty good if you're not on sport. It's very easy to fold up, I've taken it to the beach, to parks, and downtown. Overall the scooter is definitely worth the money.

I purchased one of these for my grandson in December 2014. He would ride it daily and It worked great with plenty of battery life and speed. It is a durable scooter that folds for easy transport. In May of 2025 it just stopped (5 months after the purchase). It wouldn't do anything. I removed the battery and it was bad. I also determined the problem with the battery. I contacted the company and explained what I had found along with pictures of the problem. THEY IMMEDIATELY SENT ME A NEW BATTERY FREE OF CHARGE! THEY EVEN PAID THE SHIPPIING. This kind of support is unheard of these days. I recently received a call to make sure that my problems were solved. Thank you iScooter!

It took exactly 7 days for it to be delivered through fedex thats the reason i will take one star, besides that item arrived nicely packaged and its well build. My son likes it very much. Everything is working as it should. No complaints so far for having it few hours.

I was iffy at first but honestly best decision yet! Super easy to assemble and easy to ride! Super smooth! Perfect size for me and my kids! Has a bright headlight and back lights. The build quality and durability is a 10/10 and it getsssss iiiiit!! Easy fold up and take with you wherever as well!

My husband is absolutely thrilled with this electric scooter! It’s super high quality and can reach speeds of up to 20 miles per hour, which is quite thrilling. It’s also very quiet, which is a huge plus. He’s been using it daily and loves how smooth and reliable it is. Definitely a great purchase!

I bought for my son. He uses it daily. Mine came with a flat tyre that i noticed second or third day after i bought. I researched on youtube and it took me 2 hours to change the tube of the rear tire. They sent me that extra tube when i bought. I wish the kit had tools to easily exchange flat tire tube. However, it’s a nicely made piece of tool that my son uses daily within my house if weather is not good and outside when weather is good. I love it.

I did LOTS of research when it came to purchasing an electric scooter. I settled on this one because it was affordable and well-rated. The scooter was easy to assemble, and the directions were easy to follow to understand how to change the different settings on the bike. I like the different modes of scooters because I can change them to eco mode and let my younger son ride them without fear of him going too fast.The battery lasts a pretty long time. Although I like the cruise control option, I wish there were a way to turn it off. I am not always a fan of it automatically setting itself after just a few seconds. The biggest downfall of this scooter is going uphill. I took it camping and was riding with several others on an electric scooter, and mine was the ONLY one that struggled to make it up the hill. I wish I had realized this sooner. I went back and saw that some other reviews did mention that. If your commute involves hills, then this is NOT the scooter for you.I am giving it 4 stars (minus one for its lack of power going uphill), but overall, it has been a scooter that has functioned well for me.
