Relief From Swollen Feet After Many Years!
I am a spinal stenosis sufferer and have been partially paralyzed with muscle nerve damage for many years. I have a very unique situation with my feet, in that they swell three times their size and stay that way due to edema and lack of circulation. I have tried other leg elevators in the past with no luck.I read the reviews on this one and was encouraged, although a little nervous about the price (89.95) if it didn't work out, but the reviews were very convincing, so I decided to buy one a week ago.I didn't see much improvement in the first couple of days, but I didn't expect to either. By the fourth morning I was stunned by the improvement in the swelling in my ankles and feet. They were a remarkable improvement in size and color. My husband was floored that you could see so much improvement in such a short time.I don't know how this will work out over a long period of time, but for this much improvement in just a few days when I've been going years with this epic swelling, I am very pleased. They still are very swollen, but probably half of what they have been.I feel the device is very well-made and I didn't see any problems with the cover like people discussed an earlier reviews. The cover seemed well-designed and covered the leg elevator snuggly. It looks like it could be removed to be washed too. I contemplated guving it fourr stars because of the price, as it appears to just be made of memory foam, but you know what, I would pay anything to get these kind of results. So, if you're debating merely for the price, I'd say take a chance, because I have been swollen for so long I never dreamed I would get any relief at this point. The color of my feet are more normal, my circulation feels better, my toes feel seem to have more feeling. As far as size, I am 5'10" and over 200 lbs. I ordered the Large size and fits me great. I thought I may need the extra wide, but the 18" has room to spare even with my hips.I do actually sleep on this because it's the only large amount of time I can really spend with it. I'm walking disabled and it even give my back some relief as well. It takes a little getting used to, but I can actually sleep on my side with my legs still elevated a bit. It's comfy! In conclusion, all I can say is, no one paid me to write this review and I don't do many reviews, so I hope that it's a successful for you as is it's starting to be for me.

Leg rest provides comfort
i had lapidus procedure utilizing a bone graft from my heal, bunionectomy, 2nd,3rd metatarsal shortened, 2nd,3rd,4th hammer toes repaired, 2nd,3rd,4th,and 5th toe tendons released? When I stacked pillows, they would easily shift. I am 5'9"- I have long legs, 35 inseem, so I ordered a large and it supports my legs. I had to keep my legs elevated 90 % of the time in the first 2 weeks. This leg rest was comfortable sitting on the recliner or lying in bed as long as your on your back. It worked to reduce the swelling. Hard to use for side sleeping and I also had a air cast on to protect my foot, which was bulky. I only gave it 4 stars because the cover was cheap held on with an elastic band and the bottom center was not covered. I liked the quality, but thought it was expensive for the product. I would recommend it

Great product for the coach, ok for bed.
It did help with getting the swelling down in my ankles. But it’s narrower then I thought. In bed I’d prefer it to be perhaps 4 more inches wider. This one may be perfect for the couch if you like putting your feet and legs up while watching tv. I’m not disappointed though. Just wish it was wider for sleeping reasons. When my legs are relaxed for sleeping the lay open more and need that extra width. My ankles lays nice in the rounded edge. However with a quilt pulled over my feet it seems to put too much pressure on the toes. I have to sleep with just the sheet pulled over my feet.

Ahhhh!
Not quite perfectly sized, but close enough for my 6-foot body. Would prefer a more gentle corner behind the knees. Cover is thin and would not be safe if I left it to my cats devious attentions. However, it makes my feet and legs feel better, which is all I really wanted. It's also great for reducing edema, though for that I'd add a throw pillow under the far end as the feet need to be two feet above the heart to best reduce edema. Also, I recommend moving, stretching and flexing the calves, ankles, feet and toes while elevated. That will help circulation and feels great.

Great investment!
This was worth every penny! I used for a surgery where I had to keep both legs elevated, my husband is currently using for his foot surgery. We also use in the truck for our sausage dog to sit up on to look out window. Great investment!!! Cover comes off for easy washing! Fits legs great! Good for small or extra large person. Doesn't smoosh when putting leg on it. Firm but not hard. Just perfect! Lightweight, but durable!

I love the position it holds the legs
I love the position it holds the legs, as it aids in the return of the blood flow to help prevent swelling and blood clots. I had foot surgeryand this is very important for a rapid and excellent recovery out come. The nurse at the surgery center saw it in the van and wanted more information on it as she was impressed by the design. Highly recommended!

Comfy but expensive
This leg elevating pillow is very comfy and puts your legs in a nice elevated height. I do feel that it is a bit pricey though as it really is just a foam cushion with a cover on it. I would have bought it sooner if it were less expensive.

Great comfort
I use this pillow in my recliner, and I use it on the b ed. . I use it for at least two hours a day, and the change in my legs has been phenomenal.
