Hisense Adjustable 2-Tier Pull-Out Cabinet Organizer for 13-21" Wide Cabinets - No Drill Installation, 21" Depth

The product seems to be very well designed. The only fault I found with the product was the instructions on assembling the product, they were very poor and very difficult to determine what part when where.

We just redid our kitchen and used this in a large cabinet at the end - it does work perfectly for all our little appliances and it smoothly runs on the track - but we did have to anchor this to the side as it kept moving and tipping forward (and we had little appliances and accessories on it) - so all in all very happy but a tip that there may be some anchoring needed.

Okay, so I do like this shelf, but ended up going with the other model from this brand. The problem is that the front bar on the bottom (see pics) were too low to fit over the pull out shelf I put in front of it. There other model does not have this lower bar, so it fit over the slides of the pull out shelf in front of it better for me. I was going to just put risers underneath, but found they had another model without this lower bar. Secondly, the ad and the videos show the shelves without a lips/edges on the sides of the shelves, which is why I first went with this model. However, these shelves have 3-4" lips/edges on the sides (see pics), which makes accessing the items on the shelf more difficult, as I'm trying to access items from the side. I purchased three different versions hoping to get the shelves as pictured in the ad, but all three had edges. Customer service was no help. I called the company SEVERAL times and left messages, but never got a response. Otherwise, ease of installing and stability are great. The adjustability of width and height is exactly what I needed for this blind cabinet. I would recommend; just know the shelves come with lips, and lower bar causes issues if you want the lower shelf to glide over the lip of a cabinet or something, so their other model worked better for me.

Super easy to install, no tools required! After many months it's still working great. It's especially great for deep cabinets. Allows you to easily see what would normally be hidden in the back.

Returned too many parts not easy to assemble. Wanted something simple for under my kitchen sink. Looked to be sturdy.

I was searching for a solution to declutter my kitchen, and the 2-Tier pull out Kitchen cabinet organizer exceeded my expectations. The quality of the materials used is top-notch, and the adjustable design fits seamlessly into my cabinets. What I love most is its functionality – it offers ample storage space, and the two tiers allow for better organization of my pots, pans, and other kitchen essentials. Especially since it doesn't require holes to be punched to fix it to the floor, which saves me a lot of hassle, It's a game-changer for me, and I'm thrilled with my purchase!

From the weight of the box, you'd think this would be a solid product but once assembled it's a little flimsy. One of the legs was missing the tension screw and the pre-drilled hole for it. I found the screw in the box so at least they tried. You cannot use this is in a cabinet that has drawers above it as it needs to anchor to a solid upper surface. The instructions are vague and the parts aren't labeled so assembly is a pain. Way over priced for what you get.
