Legitimately helps to moisturize the eyes. I did not realize that a drink mix could have such a positive effect on the eyes but this product is outstanding. Plus it has a lot of good nutrients that we need to be taking anyway. Two health benefits in one packet.

I gave this a shot since I have very dry eyes that even the most potent and expensive prescription drops (Restasis and Xiidra) do not improve.I used it twice per day including a couple of hours before bedtime while drinking plenty of other liquids throughout the day as usual. There has been no positive change in my symptoms. Of course, my experience is anecdotal evidence, but so are the marketing claims. The company has not published any peer-reviewed studies on efficacy.I'm guessing any sports drink that includes the same ingredients (and more) will provide similar hydration benefits. With dry eyes, I have found no magic bullet. Hydration, humidifiers, and excellent drops like Retaine and Ivizia nighttime gel are all part of the equation if medication does not work for you.3 stars due to the lack of published evidence.My rating system:5 Stars = Knocks it out of the park. These Ultimate Hydration for Dry Eyes Sugar-Free Electrolyte Powder Packets in Mixed Berry flavor are a good way to get some electrolytes to support your hydration as well as other things shown to help eye health.The packets are easy to carry and add into your liquid so you can use them anywhere. I would recommend putting them in a bottle that you can seal and shake really well so the powder dissolves better. I added it to my cup with a lid and straw so I had to stir it. It took a lot of effort to get it to mostly dissolve.The flavor is decent. Tastes similar to mixed berry flavored waters you can get at various stores. Somewhat sweet, but not cloying.I haven't noticed a distinct different in terms of dry eye symptoms between this and normal electrolyte powders, but they work just as well and have the additional benefit of Green Tea, Turmeric, Taurine, and DHA, so I'm generally happy with them.Their real test will be when I travel on my next plane flight. I'll update this if they perform significantly better or worse than my normal routine to help keep my eyes from feeling like they're full of sand.

I thought i was imagining it, but my daughter walked in the room as i was drinking this and asked if the cat had made a mess in there. This smells like cat pee and tastes like it smells. I can't say i would recommend it. I did manage to make it drinkable (barely) by adding a different flavored drink packet & a sprite, but i haven't noticed any improvement from my allergy induced dry eyes

This is a DELICIOUS taste of mixed berry that comes in individual packets you simply add to water. It does NOT blend very well but when you do get it mixed it's a GREAT taste. This is a good source of A, C, and B vitamins as well as Taurine, and Turmeric! The plus side is there is no weird aftertaste and the drink mix itself is actually pretty good as it is. I don't know if there is any visible benefit but it tastes great and if everything mentioned is in it, it's definitely good to have on a daily basis as I am DEFINITELY a fan of this flavor.

I found the flavor on this mixed berry hydration/electrolyte to be a little on the weak side when mixed with the recommended 12 to 15 oz of water (I mixed it with 12 oz of cold water), but it was still pleasant to drink and not overly salty like some electrolyte drinks can be. The smaller amount of water required for this mix works great for me, as I prefer drinking flavored water in smaller doses more frequently throughout the day; I save my big water bottle for just regular, unflavored water.As I live in a desert, staying hydrated is always a high priority, so I love a mix like this that encourages me to drink more water, gives me the electrolytes and energy I need, while not bogging me down with sugar or high-calorie additives!

Nice taste, very convenient on the pricey side since I don't know if it works for what it says, but flavor is good and dissolve well in water.
