What on earth is this
Okay, product spilled out a little in the shipping box , amazon took care of that part. Now the real problem: how? How oh how is anyone consuming this. First it smells exactly like old vomit. I thought baking would take care of it. Noo. Smell only spread out and intensified. Tastes like bitter poison with vomit notes. Whole cake is ruined along with many dollars wasted of ingredients.Secondary problem is I don’t think it’s 1 to 1 as it claims. I had to add so much extra liquid and it kept getting sucked up into the evil flour vortex. Cake came out gummy and didn’t rise. I used a recipe I was familiar with so I know its not the recipe. Buyer beware! I had high hopes. Maybe it’s a bad batch?

Not Clean Keto • Contains Wheat • Yummy Pancakes
This is not a clean keto product, it contains wheat, but it serves me well in producing delicious, lower carb pancakes for me and my family. It also contains coconut, heads up if you are allergic.Price is comparable to the other low carb flours I’ve purchased.Living a keto/low carb lifestyle for nearly six years, I try to avoid consuming wheat, but this flour has been nice to have on-hand for making us that pancake breakfast treat.

Quality keto flour
This all-purpose flour is a great option for keto bakers. The 16-ounce bag is the perfect size. It’s freshly milled and blended, and the flour is high quality. The resealable bag makes it convenient to store, and it’s eco-friendly with recyclable packaging. If you’re following a keto diet, this flour is a great way to make homemade treats without compromising on quality.

Pretty spendy, worked as breading.
I've not have good luck with alternative flour varieties, so used this as breading on tofu. It was ok, but nothing special. It's pretty spendy based on the size of the bag.

Weird Throw up Smell
Smell is pretty bad. I wished I would’ve read the reviews first. Bread was super dense. I was looking for something to mix with almond flour to change up the texture but this is definitely not it. I’m better off with Almond flour alone.

nice
this Flower is very good. I have used it to make bread, cakes, and other baked goods. It works very well. It is a small package, so keep that in mind.

Very bitter taste
I really wanted to like this flour, but sadly, I didn't. I was trying to make a simple shortbread cookie and it was so bitter I kept adding my sugar substitute and it just wasn't helping.I ended up with some pretty awful cookies. At $6.00+ a cup and Kerrygold butter, I have wasted about $20.00 worth of products. What an expensive disappointment. My neighbor said the flour smells like what she used to feed her chickens.
