We move these. We use a lot of propane. These save a TON of money. This is simple enough to refill my wife can do it. So much better than the green cans.

These 1LB refillable fuel cylinders are easy to refill and function flawlessly. They also don't leak and are of high quaility. I was a little reluctant to buy them at first due to the price, but they really are top notch. I put them through frequent use and have never experienced a problem with them. Aside from being durable and noticably thicker than the competition, the fuel capacity seems on point. While they're on the expensive side, the value is evident and I feel I didn't just pay for the name, which I appreciate.

I bought 5 bottles and the refill kit. On filling the bottles I found that 1 of them was NOT doing what the others had done. The faulty one did not vent. Unfortunately for me it was the first one I tried to fill. So I mucked about checking all the connections. I was quite miffed thinking it was the new style of connection we now have. Anyway I tried another bottle and it vented/hissed, I could hear gas going in and all was well. I mucked around with that first bottle checked the vent as much as I could, made sure the vent hole was open, I could see the vent plunger moving outwards. But no improvement. I could feel that it had taken a small amount of gas. I was thinking that even though it had not vented some gas had been forced in from the larger fill bottle. To confirm this I connected it to a stove and yes it did have some gas. Given all this I wanted to return the bottle and started the process, but of course I even if I let it burn of it's contents through a stove i could not guarantee that it would be devoid of any gas. I spoke with customer service about my concerns of potentially sending a bomb through the mail and they agreed on a one of refund and I was left to get rid of the bottle. Don't let his put you off, the other 4 worked beautifully. They sure do take some gas. I just happened to get a dud in the mix, which has been dealt with. I guess I think on what to do with it. update. I removed the vent assembly and carefully re-connected the bottle to the refill system. I gave it a very small injection of gas to see if in fact it would went out. No luck, whatever is wrong is inside the bottle. I had a half hearted crack at taking the bottle apart. But the brass fitting is very well glued in. I think I'll leave it be.
