The best gluten free pasta I have tried. You can't tell the difference. The texture is great. The cook time is similar to regular pasta. Wish it was a little cheaper but the ingredients are pure and worth the money. Can still be Al dente whi h is how I like it. Hope it comes in bulk with a sale

This is one of the best gluten free pastas I have tried.I have celiac disease and am extremely limited by what I can safely eat.Most gluten free pastas have a weird, gloopy texture. Jovial brand products have a very similar taste and texture to wheat based pastas. The trick is to ensure that they are NEVER overcooked. I usually stop the cook time on this pasta 30 seconds before it’s done just to ensure it doesn’t overcook, and has a nice al dente bite to it.Note, the Jovial cassava pasta is not the same. It tastes gloopy and mushy.

We LOVE this brand of GF pasta -it has great ingredients plus such a delicious flavor. We won’t buy any other gf pasta now as it doesn’t compare!

Taste and quality is very good. You don’t hav to be gf to enjoy.

I’ve tried every type of GF pasta we have in the states over the last 10 years. For years Barilla was my go to. Until now. This is the best I’ve had by far.
