I felt the sustained energy throughout the entire day. I believe in the product. To those trashing the product over use of silica dioxide, well, please do you own homework. Here is the bottom line: Silicon dioxide (food additive E 551, also known as silica) is a natural compound and a food additive used as an anti-caking agent to keep powdered foods free-flowing and prevent moisture absorption. It is considered safe for consumption and is found in many foods, including spices, baking powders, processed cheese, and some plant-based foods like oats and rice. While concerns exist about the potential risks of inhaling fine silica dust (a different form of exposure leading to silicosis), the safety of silica dioxide in food is supported by scientific studies, though some agencies are calling for more specific characterization of the additive's particle size. I don't blame Amazon for refusing a Return for this reason, therefore. As I mature in life, I have come to realize that many a people are just outright inclined to protest everything despite scientific evidence to efficacy. I have been on them now for 1 week. So far so good.

(Edit/update at the end)...I've taken this on and off for a couple weeks. I never, ever get digestive issues... I always say I've got an iron stomach. I started getting issues (diarrhea and horrible cramps) a little after I started taking it. I take 1/2-1 tsp in the morning and feel sick maybe an hour after. It lasts maybe an hour (thank God). Am I sensitive to this mushroom? No. I've taken Stamets for months with no issue, even at large doses.I was kind of put off that these are sourced from China (seller assured me its organic and went on to remind me China is the birthplace of mushrooms as medicine..although I don't see how the latter proves China has integrity - currently. They are horribly dishonest especially when it comes to organic certification)...and the stomach issues sealed the deal. 30$ was also a bit pricy for me. 25$ would have been better. Total waste of money. I love my favorite brand but thought I'd try another brand. I think I'll just stick with what works for me.The owner of the company seems legit. This is not a Chinese company disguised as a solid brand (watch out for that!). Give them a try if you want, I don't see more than a couple reviews with stomach issues. Just something to keep in mind.Another point re: fruiting bodies vs mycelium. There are unique compounds found only in the mycelium....Mycelium: 429 compounds. Fruit body: 91. Mushroom mycelium is immunologically active. Keep that in mind. This product contains fruit body only, for reference.UPDATE: I ended up finishing the package. Re: stomach issues, it went away by the third use. Its the only brand I've had that issue with, but it went away. I'd buy it again if it were cheaper.

Suppressed my appetite very nicely! No change in energy level though.

I really enjoyed taking these and felt that they were effective. I definitely need to re-up.

Might be a third party tested supplement, but it doesn’t have NSF or other proof of testing. Will have to wait to see if there are long term health benefits.
