Fantastic kit for digital dictation at an affordable price
My firm started using Dragon Professional, and I decided to spend lots of money on the top Poly wireless headset. During the course of setting up Dragon, I spent a fair bit of time with the UK reseller. Bearing in mind that they support digital dictation users every day, I asked them what mic and headset they use in the office. You guessed it - the Poly Blackwire 3210 wired headset. I have now purchased them for all my team, and they are very good at transferring your voice notes into Dragon. The wire is fairly long, and the good news is that you don't have to worry about feedback and all the other things that can go wrong with a wireless headset, which results in improved accuracy of transcription. Hard to believe, but this affordable bit of kit works very well.

Worth with Teams
Had been having problems in calls with interference and noise but as soon as these were used all my problems went away. Really clear sound and apparently clear mic also. They fit nicely around the head with a solid feeling mic which should cope with going up and down for a very long time without breaking. Added bonus the cable appears to be anti twisting so they stay tidy.

Good headsets, but easy to break.
I bought these for several colleagues at work who wanted only one earpiece. Work well in call-handling use, but they do appear to break or cables wear out within 2years.

When using it with my phone, have to plug in for every call, i.e. unplug it then replug it.

Doesn't answer the call or mute during a call, otherwise it's okay. Volume button does work. The length of lead to the volume control is short and hinders movement. Look for something similar and check compatibility with your equipment. Before you buy.
