I received this product yesterday. But, I had some problems with the battery, it doesn't charge complet. Do you have information about this?

I'm not sure I can help you. Check all of the connections of the power cable. When we got our Thinkpad, I charged it for a few minutes before starting the computer. The computer was sluggish and started slowly. After a few minutes, it was more responsive as the battery got more charge. I think there may be a 30 day warranty on the product if it is unsatisfactory. Good luck. Jim Michael

Does this model have a Touchscreen display?

Apparently some do and some don’t. Our particular model came with a touchscreen. Doing my research I came across some that had no touchscreen.
