GREAT SERVICE AND WATCH
I purchased this watch and service for my sister last year and the service has been exemplary and the watch works perfectly. Highly recommend!

DO NOT BUY!!!!!!!
If you pay for this device on Amazon and activate through Connected Caregiver you are obligated to pay for at least 6 months, otherwise you have to return the device. Yes that is right! Even if you bought it off of Amazon and you decide to cancel the monitoring subscription you have to return the device to CONnected Caregiver or they will not cancel your subscription! You will not get refunded your purchase price! What a rip-off! The device only worked for one month, then would not recharge. Unfortunately I did not see this on the Amazon description. Please be an informed consumer and go to their website first and read the terms and conditions fine print. I just wanted some piece of mind for myself and my elderly dad when I am not near him and did not do my research. In addition, you will not get anyone to answer the customer service line. You are prompted to leave your contact information, but they will NOT call you back. I maintained persistence over a 2 month period and finally someone picked up on 11/14/24! Keep them on the phone until your issue is resolved!

Peace Of mind
As my mother gets older, she has had more frequent falls. I got this for her so that I will be alerted when she falls and can go and help her. It was easy to set up. The device fits on her wrist perfectly. The intermittent pulsing of the light assures one of its functioning.

REALLY IMPRESSED
I bought this for my wife and it's perfect..........she loves it so much I am buying her another one. Not really, she lost it......they need a find feature but otherwise I love this devise for my wife...one push and I am notified via text. love it!

Don’t buy! Complete Rip-off. Amazon shouldn't offer this scam!
Monitor didn't work, yet I was charged without the ability to get a refund or cancel from the monitoring company.
