I've not been taking these for long so I can't say If they have been beneficial, but I have had no adverse effects. The capsules are not uncomfortably large to swallow.

Easier to take than eating natto.
Millions of long lived Japanese can't be wrong. It is difficult to find actual natto in the shops, and you need to eat it every day because the friendly bacterium in it does not hang around. This would be fairly expensive, the capsules are a cheaper and more convenient option. Also natto as a food is pungent and is an aquired taste for us westerners. Natokinase is the beneficial product that the friendly bacteria produce. The capsules have no taste.
