Good quality, and great free gift.
I purchased this to build an IFAK for my airsoft kit. I actually didn't realize this pouch came with the free gifts in the image. They took about 10-12 days to arrive, but considering I didn't realize it came with gifts in the first place, it was just a pleasant surprise. I had been planning to purchase trauma shears anyway, so I'm very happy! As for the pouch itself, it's the standard, durable quality you expect to get from budget Molle pouches. It's a bit larger than I expected, which can be a plus or a minus. I definitely recommend it.

What a Versatile Pouch
I bought this pouch to store a Sig P320 Caliber X-Change Kit in my range bag. It is just the right size to store the slide, magazines, grip frame, and TLR-4 tactical light. It works great and keeps all that gear in one spot and also protects the items inside. The pouch comes with a nice mesh draw-string bag which holds the slide nicely, also included are a great pair of bandage scissors, Molle buckle and a subdued American Flag patch with Velcro backing. I had no problems with Simple Style Inc during the sale, the pouch arrived on-time and was well packaged. I highly recommend this pouch it is very well made with a double zipper. it has loads of straps and loops inside and out. This pouch is very versatile. By the way the Red Cross is Velcro backed so it can be removed.

Roomy, Elastic Organizers Inside Keep Everything In Place.
Bought it to be an internal organizer for my med bag. It's big enough for me to carry 1 large (abdominal/stump) Emergency Trauma Dressing, 2 medium Emergency Trauma Dressings, 2 packs of Combat Gauze and a tourniquet. I could probably shove more in there, if I wanted to, but it's doing what it needs to.It's exactly how it looks in the picture. Mine also came with a small red-on-black medical patch, which has Velcro on the back, trauma shears and a Grimloc-style D ring. It's not waterproof, but the material these pouches tend to be made out of lends itself to being water resistant.

Don't hesitate to pick one up!
I've been conceal carrying for quite some time now and been thinking.. I may be able to save myself or someone else's life by taking down the threat but what if the damage was already done? What good would having a firearm do? So I decided to look up trauma and first aid kits to add to my everyday carry (EDC). I wanted to make it my own so I bought the pouch empty and filled it up with things I thought were necessary. Awesome heavy duty pouch. The zipper is sooo smooth. Like it feels like it's gliding so you know it wouldn't malfunction in an emergency situation. Perfect size for 1-2 person damage control kit until medical help arrives. Came with a medical symbol patch and a American flag one that I slapped on my conceal carry bag. Thank you for including those. Awesome pouch for an even AWESOMER (is that a word?) price!!

Just in Time
I am a CCW carrier and I purchased this in case I am ever hit, or anyone else, I can administer basic medical as it is only filled for triage situations. I filled it with gauze and tourniquet, gloves medical scissors and wraps. added it to my daily carry and not a few days later a major car accident right in front of me. There was an off duty EMT and I administered much needed first aid to the needy. This is the perfect size. Holds a lot of the stuff that is needed.

Great value and good size
I bought 2 of these to be used as a first aid kit and tool kit strapped to my Adventure Bike. Quality was fine and they hold a lot of supplies. Tool bag is holding about 8 lbs. Much more than 2” thick MOLLE’s. Plenty of anchoring points. Anxious to see how they do through the winter with rain and mud. I have everything in waterproof bags inside.

Lots of room, holding up well.
I have this on a Safariland outer vest. Plenty of room, the internal straps help keep things organized to some extent. The only issue is that the straps will pop open if you catch the pouch on a door, or your seatbelt, or whatever it is that you are doing. The pouch doesn't come off, but it does then bounce around while you walk/move around. Problem solved with ZIP ties. Even if the snaps get opened, the pouch stays where it is supposed to be. This is not the fault of the pouch, it is a fault with MOLLE gear in general.

Great pouch.
You get what you see. I use mine everyday. I Ziploc the contents anyways so I can't speak for it being waterproof but it's durable
