I've bought this book several times as it's become a household favorite. Puerto Rican chicken and Caramel-lime chicken have become staple. For ginger lovers - try the ginger cake, and consider adding some ginger to the Puerto Rican chicken.

Wonderful, all the tips I need for Caribbean cooking.

I've made a lot of recipes out of this book and they've all come out great. His recipes are not authentic Jamaican foods but rather Caribbean-inspired. So you can find all the ingredients you need without having to go to a specialty shop. I love his apple-rum crumble and his chicken wings with orange marmalade and tamarind.

Good easy recipes!

Disappointed that the book came with westminster library labels and bar code scribbled out. Pages were creased and looked ironed out. The recipes are good, however can't give it as a gift as wanted .

Lovely well presented book with loads of tasty recipes.
