My wife has sensitive skin and struggles with plasters / k tape normally,Thankfully she was able to keep this on for most of the day to offer support needed. After a while she had a little reaction but no where near as bad as other brands.We did find the adhesion slightly lacking but it was enough to keep it on (just the ends curled up a bit)Will be buying again :-)

I ordered both blue and black tapes with the blue adhering much better than black. The black tape was very poor on adhesion, probably too stretchy/weak and did not relieve pain.

This tape is incredible. The pain in my knee had gotten so bad that I was reduced to limping and absolutely could not crouch on it without sharp pain. I ordered this tape, applied it and the pain went away almost instantly whilst it was adhered to my skin. I couldn’t believe it. It enabled me to walk normally and has now completely healed the pain, so I know longer have to wear the tape. I can crouch without any pain at all. Amazing! It saved me a lot of stress and a visit to the doctor. I highly recommend. If your aren’t sure how to apply it then youtube is great for examples.I wanted to understand how it worked so I googled it and found this - it may help somebody: “ he lymphatic system is the way your body regulates swelling and fluid buildup. The theory is that when kinesiology tape is applied, it creates extra subcutaneous space, which changes the pressure gradient in the area underneath your skin. That change in pressure enhances the flow of lymphatic fluid.” I’m only including this because I had no idea how it worked and I could believe the instant relief and mobility that I got. Brilliant.

used this for a sports injury, can't really fault it and would buy again if needed

I had something similar professionally fitter for achilles tendinopathy during London Marathon which massively helped. Bought it to help relieve pain during day to day activities and is exactly the same. Great product.

This is very good quality tape - far superior to any I've ordered from China. Great stretch, easy to cut and nice range of colour. Best to google the correct positioning for best results. TIP - round off the corners to make it less likely to unstick at the edges!

Does the job but tape wears off quicker than the last brand I ordered but the other than that no complaints.
